Healthly Smores Bars Recipe. High Protein, High Fiber S'mores Style Snack

This is a ridiculously easy cannabis infused snack to make.

It’s with a boost of protein and a healthy dose of fiber.  It’s organic and has no high fructose corn syrup. The Kashi cereal loads in nutrition.

Cannabis-Infused, Fiber Loads S’mores Bars Recipe

Ingredients

Kashi GoLean, Vanilla Graham Clusters Cereal: 4 Cups
Organic Marshmallows (I used Chicago Vegan Foods): 1 package
Cannabis Infused Butter or Coconut Oil:  4 Tablespoons
Chocolate Chunks:  1 Cup (divided)


Directions

1. Microwave marshmallows and stir in gently melted cannabutter.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Add cereal and mix until coated evenly in marshmallow.
4. Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chunks into the warm mixture.  These will melt.
5. Press mixture into a rectangular cake pan or tray.
6. Press the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate into the top of the bars.
7. Refrigerate until cool and firm.
