Natural PMS Relief

For many women, PMS signifies cramps, breakouts, mood swings and cravings. As Whoopie Goldberg points out, this is a health issue faced by half of our population. Severe pain, cramps, and the other symptoms associated with pre-menstrual syndrome and menstruation can be debilitating. Here’s How to Make a Natural Cannabis Topical to Help Relieve Cramps.

Cannabis can help if you struggle with a painful menstrual cycle. If you’re seeking natural relief, consider taking CBD orally and adding a cannabis topical to your self-care routine.

If you’re fortunate enough to live in California or Colorado, then you can pick up something from Whoopi&Maya’s incredible product line.

While on my fantastic cannabis family vacation in California, I tried Whoopi & Maya’s rub. It’s fantastic! If you can get it, grab it.

But if you don’t have access to Whoopi & Maya’s products–fear not! You can still make your own DIY cannabis topical especially potent for PMS relief at home.

Cannabinoids and essential oils can provide comfort as well as help regulate hormones leading to the reduction of menstrual-related symptoms. Here’s my recipe for a cannabis-infused topical, perfect for soothing menstrual cramps.

Feel free to experiment with adding willow bark and cramp bark essential oils. Whoopi & Maya do a great job incorporating both in their rub. These essential oils can be very beneficial to menstrual-related pain, their scents hower aren’t loved by all.

How I Use Cannabis for Pain Relief

I use a variety of methods to consume cannabis. Vaping flower and consuming full-spectrum edibles are my favorite consumption methods. I also take CBD oil and use homemade cannabis topicals daily.

Like Whoopi&Maya, I add essential oils to my homemade cannabis topicals to boost the therapeutic properties. Here’s the recipe for my DIY Cannabis Topical Essential Oil Blend.
